We design, develop and support Circulate Business.ERP — a complete Windows-desktop ERP platform built for the Indian compliance landscape.
Circulate Business.ERP covers the full business lifecycle: Accounting, GST filing (GSTR-1/3B/9/9C), TDS returns (Form 24Q/26Q/27Q), MCA/ROC compliance, HRM & Payroll (ESI/PF/Form 16), Inventory, Production (BOM, MRP, OEE), and industry-specific workflows for 10+ verticals including hospitals, garments exporters, schools, restaurants and manufacturers.

License keys are signed with Ed25519 cryptography; the private signing key is stored only in our hardened server environment and is never transmitted or logged. No payment card data is held by us — payments are processed by third-party gateways subject to their own PCI-DSS compliance obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules 2011 of India.
Each license key activates one (1) Windows PC. Keys are non-transferable unless re-issued by CIRCULATE TECHNOLOGY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or run the same key on more machines than your purchased seat count.
You may install and use Circulate Business.ERP solely for your own internal business accounting, compliance, and operations. Processing books for third-party clients on a fee basis (bureau service) requires a separate multi-client license.
All source code, UI, documentation, and branding of Circulate Business.ERP are the exclusive property of CIRCULATE TECHNOLOGY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. No intellectual-property license beyond the usage rights described above is granted.
The software is provided as-is. CIRCULATE TECHNOLOGY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for data loss, incorrect statutory filings, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Always maintain independent, verified data backups.
Minor updates within the same major version are provided at no extra charge during the support period. Major version upgrades may require a new license key purchase.
We reserve the right to revoke a license key found to be misused, shared beyond the licensed seat count, or used in material breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi, India.
