These terms govern the use of the Circulate desktop software ("the Software") published by Circulate Systems ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
The Software is licensed, not sold. A valid licence key entitles the named organisation to install and use the edition it purchased, per the licence certificate issued with it. You may not redistribute, rent, reverse-engineer, or sub-license the Software.
All business records you enter remain on your own systems and remain yours. You are responsible for taking and safeguarding backups (the Software provides backup tools). Our handling of data, including data accessed from Google services with your permission, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Optional features connect to Google services (such as Google Forms) under your own Google account. Those features depend on Google's availability and terms; we are not responsible for changes Google makes to its services.
You agree to use the Software only for lawful business purposes and to keep your licence key and account credentials confidential.
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the licence fee paid for the current licence period.
Support and update entitlements follow the plan purchased with your licence.
The licence terminates on breach of these terms or expiry of the licence period. On termination you must stop using the Software; your data remains on your systems.
